What is Black, White and Right this Season?

I've been becoming more engaged with wearing black the longer I live in New York. The Givenchy Spring 2010 collection is one of the more popular trends this season. Bold black and white stripes and mixing patterns of the same color codes was my fashion set for the day.

I added the scarf with the floral patterns to my look to break up the continuous horizontal lines. It can be a bit overwhelming on my D cups to have stripes across it. Revamping some old things in my closet and mixing it up with some fresh finds gave my closet new meaning!

All Black Everything

After a long day in the soaking rain, I had to make my way over to Long Island to see a performance. The strong winds blew my head scarf in every which direction. My hair a matted mess, but I'm glad to finally make it to my destination after 2 hours in traffic. What else can you do but smile at the end of the day. It could be worst.

My assistant photographed Trey Songz and Jay Z while performing together. I love how they are both rocking the Oliver Peoples Daddy B eyewear. Its an effortless understated cool they way those frames carry out the vision.

Running around today all day with my new favorite scarf from Moschino. While behind the scenes of a TV show, I spotted this wall with these words and I deemed it appropriate with my overall mood recently. At some point, you have to be firm with what your plateau is and what you're willing to tolerate.

Today I did a few market appointments. I went through the Rocawear collection as well as the Artful Dodger.  Many urban collections are looking more gentlemen and fitted. I wanted to look relax since I was going to be walking around for most of the day.
