I picked up this dress from a street vendor for $120.00 a few months ago and finally pulled it off my rack today! I wanted to wear this dress on a day I wasn't running around like madness so that I can really feel like I was strolling through the city in a nice dress with my iced passion fruit whatever tea you know?! I love how its sheer on my arms, so breezy.
