Pictured above is one of the jackets I kept from my fitting at the Jewish Women Council Thrift Store. I loved this jacket for how potentially cool it will look with my neon accents in NYC. I also love the double breasted cut, which I currently don't have in any of my jackets.
I've been twitted about my shopping wherabouts throughout the day on of course Twitter. Above is my fitting with various blazers that I really liked at the Jewish Women Council Thrift store. They have a great selection of jackets and I tried on all the ones that appealed to me on the hanger.
I rounded my decision to 5 of the jackets. I wonder if we agree on what should have been kept..... which of the jackets you feel was placed back on the rack?
AA beige cardigan, Miss Sixty denim, Dsquared belt
I needed some color today. So I opted to add some splash to my accessories. I spent most of the day at Starbucks in Downtown making phone calls for the next shoot. My BFF Hachy Mendez got me these shoes at the Jewish Women's Council Thrift shop in Los Angeles. Its a rare find Mary Popps from her Italian collection. The suede shoes is fish skin on the other side. I love the multi textures and its a great look for Spring 09.
The jumper is from a cheapy with good buys on 34th between 7th and 8th. Its a strapless linen jumper. I was happy with the quality. Curvy ladies should stock up on jumpers, just be careful of the rise as some don't quite fit right.
