Reviewing my Wardrobe

A few days ago I was reviewing some of my old vintage dresses that I haven't worn in years and made notes as to why I didn't wear them anymore. The pink dress featured was purchased at Beacon's closet back in 06 for $18. Its by Contessa Visconte for Marisa Christina. I stopped wearing it cause I hated the length of the dress. Even with my blush pink Charles David 3in shoe featured I still felt too short for it. So I chopped of several inches from the dress and gave it a clean blind hem! Now its wearable and I am still getting y $18 worth.

Silky Plaids on Sunday

I live for a sexy pencil skirt! Here I wore a shiny vintage paired with a vintage top and YSL knockoff belt. The jewelry is alexis bittar, ted rossi and lee angel.
With this skirt I wore a thick opaque black stocking to hide my thighs uneven feel (better word for cellulite!) It helps especially with shiny fabrics. Its imperative to provide a balance.
Both the shirt and skirt are from Beacon's Closet in Brooklyn. The blouse was $12 and the skirt $18. The belt is $24, stockings $4.99 (H&M) and the shoes not featured a Giuseppe Zanotti at $695. I walk the pavement in NYC for shopping, working and my night life, I have to wear good shoes!
