Modular Grey

Day 2 in LA prepping for a Harper's BAZAAR cover shoot with Fashion Director Kenneth Goh. While we were waiting for samples to get done. We took in the cool scenery. Like this backdrop completed by a local artist in Mount Washington.

Vanessa, Hachy told you we can make that gray 3X top from the Thrift store look cool!!
Turtle neck H&M, Black boyfriend blazer DKNY, Blue tights HUE, Shoes Miu Miu (on Heavy Rotation) small chain bracelets Elizabeth Cole, Gold lucite cuff Alexis bittar and Necklace by Samantha Wills

Hachy and I did interpretations of black, blue and gray. I was in a NY state of mind she was Ethnic cool with her updated B-Girl stance. Blue Printed dress from North Miami Thrift store, Turtle neck from H&M, Tights AA, jelly shoes from Melissa, Ring and bracelets from Elizabeth Cole.

  1. I love this look-NY State of Mind and Ethnic cool are interchangeable. Think Jackson Heights,or Richmond Hills; ethnic pillars in Queens!

  2. I have a dress like the one your wearing that I've had for over a year. I couldn't figure out how to wear until now. Yeah, I'm biting but its a form of flattery darling!

  3. I love the biting darling!! I want to inspire with the high of fashion and also the low. Its important to be able to re-vamp old clothing.

  4. Miu Miu's on heavy rotation...as they should be. They're perfect. Hachy, love the thrift store find. Cobalt blue...one of my fav colors this season.

  5. I have been killing the Miu Miu's and thank you for encouraging me to do so! They work better in LA though. My shoes take a heavy beating in NY
